GoogleWe bought our house through Peter Lane 3 years ago and had a brilliant experience working with them. So when it came time to move on, we knew we wanted to sell through them. Stuart came over to value the house the day after we initially got in touch, and gave us honest and realistic advice. He and the team got the house on the market and arranged viewings very promptly, and secured an offer within a week of it being listed. From there on we mainly dealt with Caroline, who is nothing short of amazing!! She negotiated a complex and challenging chain brilliantly, even answering calls and responding to emails on her day off to ensure we were able to complete on the sale. We hope we won’t move again for many years, but if we ever need the services of an estate agent again, we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Thanks everyone at Peter Lane- we think you’re all fantastic!

Peter Lane marketed the house we purchased. They kept in regular contact with us and tried to help with issues with our own house sale when our own estate agents were being as much use as a chocolate teapot. They were always kind, courteous, and understanding about the problems were were having with our buyer's solicitor.

From our experience probably the best Estate Agent in the area. They are worth every penny of their fee. The team worked tirelessly to bring our sale to it's conclusion. Should we have stayed in the UK and needed to purchase a property we would has most likely purchased through them. Always contactable we wish the Team at Huntingdon all success for the future.

GoogleSuch great service. Caroline was dealing with the sale of the house upwards in the chain, but the amount of work she put in to driving the chain below was absolutely phenomenal. It was a complex chain that even to the end felt like it could fall through at any moment, but she worked tirelessly and patiently to make sure we completed.

Peter Lane did a good job of finding a buyer quite quickly for my house. Subsequently the buyer was unable to complete and Peter Lane then found a replacement buyer again quite quickly at an improved price which more than made up for lost rental earnings while the house was empty.I would recommend Peter Lane.

We had been trying to sell our property for a year before we went to Peter Lane. We choose them since they had actually sold another property in the village. We found them very professional right from the frist phone call, through the first house visit and through to selling the house. They were very good with updates and always quick to respond to questions. They knew the local market very well, priced the house appropriately and this common sense, highly professional approach resulted in a sale in less than 8 weeks from first marketing. In the current economic climate, it was a pleasure to deal with a company like Peter Lane. We would recommned them to anyone lookling to sell a property.
