GoogleWe viewed what is now our new home on a dark, mid afternoon in early January 2020. It was love at first sight, or perhaps 26th sight, as it was the 26th house we had viewed. It was too late that Saturday after for the agent to really get our immediate offer moving. But on the Monday morning they flew into action. Their charming, easy-professionalism made us feel confident in the entire thing. The purchase went through without a hitch and for that I really do believe Jonathan Richards deserves the credit. He kept communication flowing, nothing was too much effort...and now we're in he's even been kind enough to recommend some local tradesman. Moving is stressful, and anyone who says it's not is lying. But if you can, make it easy on yourself and buy your home from Peter Ball & Co in Tewkesbury. It'll be smooth, I promise.

Facebookits not 'house sales' related... but i see how much Peter Ball and co put into our little town. I won 4 tickets to the pantomime at the roses theatre at my daughters school fayre... they were for a specific date but through messaging Peter Ball they emailed the roses and when i spoke to the bookings lady she offered to change the dates so i can take my children on my birthday.... its the little things that mean alot!!! thank you x

I was supporting my Mum in her house sale and the team were so understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. FacebookI recently sold through PB. The whole team were incredibly helpful and nothing was too big or too small, I was always one phone call away from someone who could answer my questions. They managed to secure a cash buyer for me after a couple of weeks marketing. Very impressed with the service provided all round!! Good work guys

FacebookAll they are interested in is a quick sale, less work to do and they get their commission quicker. My mate sold his property and found out after the someone wanted to put a higher offer in. This message wasn't passed across to him and he sold for less than the asking price after being advise by Peter Ball that it was a strong offer and he should accept it.
