GoogleI bought a property with tenant around 5 months ago, I have been trying to sort the transferral or the agreement and deposit since then. I have chased and chased and, despite multiple calls and emails, have now heard nothing for almost a month - having been promised calls back multiple times since then. Their proactivity on sorting these issues has been non-existent and it's incredibly frustrating trying to sort this with them, then hearing nothing back despite promises.. I would actively avoid using them to purchase, sell or manage a property in the future.

GoogleVery straight forward estate agents. Listened to what I wanted and provided advice based on that. As a result my sale was agreed with 24 hours! Marvelous service. Lots of communication and regular check ins to keep me up to date with the progress of the sale. Very friendly staff.

GoogleAm just updating my review - we still have the two properties with Peter Ball one for 9 years the other 6 years. The service continues to be exemplary. The rental team is led by Edward Slark-Hughes and supported by Morgan Hennessy and Belinda Griffin. Edward has been very responsive, negotiating contracts with new tenants and he has done exactly what he said he would do - which is professional and re-assuring. Morgan and Belinda are very helpful and a pleasure to engage with. I recommend the Peter Ball rental team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePeter Ball did a great job on my house sale, particularly with their local market analysis and knowledge. I was pleased that they priced the property correctly at launch in what was a particularly price-sensitive market at the time, thereby avoiding the need to reduce the sale price during the process. Julian, Hannah, Alex and the team are also responsive and easy to deal with, which helps!

GoogleJonathan came to view the property, arrived in a timely manner and delivered a very professional pitch without being pushy or aggressive. I was given an estimation of a price that could be achieved to sell and they certainly delivered. Tori was also very helpful and all viewings came with notifications and reminders which was very handy. Great recommendation for a conveyancing solicitor and post-sale comes with your own dedicated Sales progressor person. I would definitely recommend Peter Ball & Co.
