GoogleWe bought a house from Perry Bishop in 2019. Offer was accepted in End of May and we got the key in early August, which is supper quick compared with the national average. I am very pleased with their service as a buyer. We were going to do an loft extension to the house at that time and we tried to combine the design process with the conveyancing process. So we requested to take architect, builders, surveyors and planning officers to visit the house quite a few times and they tried their best to accommodate our requests and really helped us to run the whole project as smoothly as possible. We managed to get planning permission just before completion and on the the day we completed the house we handed over the key to our builder to start with the construction. 3 months later, we completed the construction in early December. Very quick turnaround. We recommend their service and would definitely buy from them again (Of course, when we have the money. )

GoogleWe recently had involvement with Perry Bishop and Chambers as they were the agents marketing our new build home in Gloucestershire. They were highly professional right the way through a protracted six month house move and were a real ally when we needed one to help get things done and keep the process moving in the right direction. A particular worthy mention is for Michelle Murphy in the sales progression team, very friendly, polite and professional whilst also being providing a voice of reason and understanding in an otherwise very stressful and emotional six months. Thanks to all at PB&C for helping us get through our house move and into our fantastic new home.

They helped me achieve a fantastic price for my property, guided me through all the necessary steps (it was my first time selling a house), and kept me informed at all stages. If you're thinking of selling a house in Stroud they should be the first people you speak to.

GooglePerry Bishop provided a great service with our house sale, from start to finish. The set up is very professional and we would definitely recommend them to others. The various team members work hard and have different roles according to the stage of the sale. We were always kept very well informed by everyone involved.

GoogleAs a prospective buyer we were kept informed and linked to the seller throughout the purchasing process by the staff at Perry Bishop. It was great to receive a weekly phonecall informing us of what progress had been made each time.

So we requested to take architect, builders, surveyors and planning officers to visit the house many times and they tried their best to accommodate our requests to make sure that we could get all the preparation work done before the construction. Thanks to their help, our building work started straightaway after we collected the key and we completed the project in early December. We recommend their service and would definitely buy from them again (Of course, till we have the money. )
