We chose Perry Bishop because they were selling the house that we originally had intended to purchase. Gavin and the sales team were highly professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. In particular, Lucy in the sales progression team was exceptional in dealing with the various parties in the chain, and without her persistence and diplomacy, we would not have been able to complete. She certainly went above and beyond, and she also kept us informed of progress on a weekly basis. We would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to others.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After suffering multiple frustrations as a Landlord with letting agents, I was delighted to find Perry Bishop. Tammy and her team are highly professional in everything they do, from the initial “sign up” stages through to expertly run property management. They are fast to respond, meticulously thorough and totally delightful to deal with.

We engaged Perry Bishop and Chambers to sell my late Mother’s house. From the first contact we found everyone we dealt with to be extremely professional and we had complete confidence in them. We were kept fully informed all the way through the process and the sales progression team went above and beyond to make sure the sale completed on time. We are very grateful to everyone involved.

The whole team were so helpful in finding me a property to buy. Special praise must go to Jade Allen who picked up the reins in the progression team. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and most importantly her communication was fantastic making a stressful time seem much easier at times,

Purchasing house process, we got regular updates from Lucy on the progress of the purchase. We had little response/updates from our solicitors so it was really nice to have a response from Perry Bishop even if there wasn’t much to report. Quick, same day replies and felt like we could ask anything, no matter how big or small.

Posting junk mail through my front door, then knocking the door after pushing it through to make absolutely sure that my baby wakes up. Don't do that.

We had a very long and drawn-out process due to slow solicitors and others in the chain. The only saving grace was Perry Bishop. They negotiated well for us which meant we could put in an offer on an amazing house! They've been easy to get in contact with and were happy to help with any queries and questions. The sales progression team, in particular Jade, were fantastic and sympathetic to a frustrating lead up to exchange. She worked tirelessly to chase things up and down the chain, and always got information back to us as soon as she was able, for which we are very grateful and we cannot recommend or thank her enough. They have been great throughout the process and we are due to move to our dream house on Wednesday!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently purchased a house that Perry Bishop were the acting Estate Agent for and we found them to be extremely helpful; from the beginning they went out of their way to get me a viewing at the house we liked at very short notice as we had a small window available to us to fit in the viewing. Once our offer was accepted we found them to be very professional and very good at communicating with us as the purchase processed. I was in regular contact with Lucy in the Sales Progression team and found her extremely helpful and professional. They were certainly a much better example of good customer service over the Estate Agent I had used for the sale of my previous property. And finally the day we picked up the keys, Perry Bishop gave us a little gift box which was a lovely touch. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Perry Bishop & ChambersPositiveProfessionalism

The purchase process with Perry Bishop was very smooth. Stephanie worked hard to find us the perfect property and gave honest advice. The transition from sales to sales progression was seamless and I can’t recommend Elaine North highly enough. Her communication skills are exceptional: keeping you up to date, providing gentle reminders but never making you feel pressured. You know she is working for the seller (I was the buyer), but I never felt that she was anything other than neutral throughout the process. I felt she was genuinely pleased for me when the sale went through. When we went to collect the keys the office team were very friendly and even gave us a welcome box of goodies perfect for moving day!

At what point did you become above the law? Nobody needs to provide you or anyone else with proof of medical exemptions for not wearing face masks. Clearly when midnight hit on the 31st of December you thought that we had all been transported back to late 1930s Germany. You have no right to ask anyone for this you utter scumbags!

A highly professional, friendly service from the initial meeting, through marketing the property and arranging viewings, right through to completion. It was particularly reassuring to receive regular updates from the sales progression team - many thanks to all concerned.

The Sales Progression Team were excellent, Lucy Hill in particular was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with the sale of the property. I was a it unsure when I first spoke to an estate agent from Perry Bishop due to the tone of their voice, however the Sales Progression Team have been excellent in their work, very professional and kind in the work that they have done.
