GoogleWe sold our house with the Bath Road office earlier this year and would thoroughly recommend them. We asked a number of estate agents to value our house before putting it on the market. From the first time we contacted the office they was very helpful, took the time to listen to us and gave us their honest opinion. We chose to put our house on the market with Perry Bishop and they continued to impress us. They kept us informed with planned viewings and followed up with feedback from each viewing, never once did we have to chase them! Our house sale went through very smoothly and we believe this was due to the efficiency in communicating with all parties involved, ensuring nothing was neglected.

GoogleDuring the sale of our family home I have been very impressed with both the sales team and sales progression side of Perry Bishop - Lynn has the patience of a saint! Having seen over 30 properties in our house search we've been exposed to a number of estate agents and I believe Perry Bishop's service really stands above the competition. One of their key selling points as an agent is the very high level of communication they have with you as a vendor and buyer. We were never left in the dark. If we move again I know who'll we will first call for a valuation!

Google(review based on purchasing from Perry Bishop) From the first viewing I had on the house we eventually purchased up until completion, Perry Bishop have been absolutely fantastic! Estate agents in general do have a 'reputation' and I am extremely pleased to say Perry Bishop do not live up to that reputation, they have been a pleasure to deal with! One of the most frustrating things when looking for a house is when EA over priced properties. The property in question was certainly not over priced and was priced to sell, what all customers want! The viewings were managed efficiently (what you want!), the offer process was managed extremely well and the after-sales service was second to none! Perry Bishops have a dedicated after-sales service team who provide relevant updates on a weekly process, not something you would expect from a traditional EA but much appreciated! I have to say a special thank you to Jackie who handled the offer process in a professional and timely manner, thank you! Also a big thank you to Lynn (after-sales) who provided helpful updates throughout the whole processing process. I haven't come across many estate agents that I am particularly fond of but I would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to anyone who wants a quality estate agent to manage their property! Keep up the good work team!

At times it was a little worrying and stressful but Jackie Carlton and Lyn Pym, with whom we had most dealings, always explained things and put our minds at rest. I would not hesitate to recommend Perry Bishop to anyone selling their property as I am sure they would be as pleased as we were.

GoogleThe sale of the property which PB handled for us was problematic. Howver this was made much easier from the professional service offered by the Sales Support team. We were always kept in the loop with progress (or no progress) and the staff were always able to help. Good job by all at Perry Bishop.

Having contacted your Faringdon office to ask to view a property not only were you actually available at the time I wanted (I appreciate you had to juggle things around to suit me) however you also suggested viewing a few other properties. Other estate agents weren't particularly bothered with doing any of this! Your enthusiasm and knowledge of the properties you were selling was commendable. I wasn't foisted onto nervous or overkeen vendors to be shown round but kindly guided round 3 villages by 3 of your lovely staff. All of you were professional, however also warm hearted and sensitive to my needs, encouraging but not pushy. I have now found a suitable property and if I ever need to sell in the future I'll most definitely be trusting you to be the estate agents to get me the sale. I really cannot thank you enough for your help and guidance.

FacebookHaving recently spent 4 months, searching Stroud and the surrounding areas, we have had many viewings with Perry Bishop through the Nailsworth and Stroud office and found the service and communication excellent, with clear viewing confirmations sent through promptly via email and text (not always the same standard has been received from other agents). The agents were friendly and knowledgeable on every viewing. I Highly recommend Perry Bishop for anyone looking to move or buy in the area.

The communication is on its highest level. Extremely professional and efficient staff and approach to everything they do , very friendly office! I would never sell / or buy with anyone else!
