Dear RM - I am very sorry to read this but without information it is hard to respond, we do not have any record to suggest any dealings with us so suspect you may have us mixed up with another company? We haven’t ever had any comment in this regard from any clients or customers. Regards Perry Bishop

GoogleFrom beginning to end the friendliness and professionalism was superb. Dealing with Michelle was most satisfactory and she is to be commended for the way she handled my sale.

GoogleWe recently moved and used Gavin and the team to support our move. A big thanks to the team for the last couple of months. A great experience from start to finish. Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light. I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life). Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleI chose Perry Bishop Cheltenham to guide me through the stressful process of selling my house and buying a new one. They were all, without exception, friendly, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a house move

GoogleGreat estate agents can not fault them. Our sale and purchase went smoothly thanks to the constant communication with us. You can tell they pride themselves on customer service which is not the case with some other agents. Brilliant would thoroughly recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI purchased a property through Perry Bishop and found their service to be excellent. With great communication they helped quicken the purchase process and gave regular updates on all aspects of the purchase. I would recommend Perry Bishop to anyone wanting to sell or buy through them.

GoogleI really loved working with Perry Bishop during the sale of my property. Gavin was great at getting the hall rolling and had an excellent knowledge of the current situation in the market. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and really liked the email systems which notified me of viewings. Neil was excellent as usual and helped with the 15+ viewings in the first few days of going to market. Once things moved to the sales progression team Jade really helped to keep things moving and navigated some complicated issues that arose. Her excellent communication skills helped to keep things as simple as possible ans kept things on track. Would 100% recommend Perry bishop and will certainly use them again.

GoogleThe PB team were seamless and responsive during the sale of our flat. Whenever we picked up the phone with a question, no matter who answered on their side would be able to pick up right where we left off with their colleague. We even had a WhatsApp group to keep us all on the same page for scheduling. The team were professional, friendly, clear and very responsive. I highly recommend working with PB for your sale or purchase.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleLucy and Harriet were professional, courteous, always got back to us in a timely fashion and were really supportive and helpful when we ran in to some major snags at time of exchange/ completion which was not their fault, but the solicitors.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePerry Bishop were exceptional throughout the whole process, from booking appointments to viewings and especially in the post-offer sales progression process, a cut above any other estate agents that we engaged with. Lucy in particular was a pleasure to work with and I have no doubt we would have struggled to meet or even missed the SDLT deadline without her invaluable problem solving skills and pure perseverance. A huge, huge thank you to all the team there for your help and also for the welcome pack which was a lovely touch after a stressful long-distance move.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI purchased a property through Perry Bishop, the sales team were great to deal with but once it moved onto the progression team I was looked after by Lucy, who I cannot recommend enough! Lucy really did go above and beyond with a no nonsense get the job done attitude and great to communicate with. All went as smoothly as it could. We are now In our new home :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLucy, who was our contact in the sales progression team, was fantastic from start to finish and always kept us in the loop with the progress of the sale. Perry Bishop were professional throughout and we would not hesitate to use them in the future for house sales/purchases. GoogleWe dealt with Gavin, Ruth and Lucy at Perry Bishop. We found all three to be professional, helpful and very communicative. We were happy with the price for which the house was sold, which was achieved with a minimum of fuss. Throughout the process we felt fully informed and never had to chase. We received good advice and guidance in respect of marketing and valuing the property. Would use again and fully recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
