GoogleGreat experience from start to finish! Very high quality homes with a great design and layout. The finish is to a very high standard. Joanna has gone above and beyond and has been extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process. She kept us up to date and helped chase third parties for us. We love the location and the development and look forward to making new memories.

GoogleWe have been in our beautiful Pentland home for nearly two months now, it really is an incredible home, the quality is of such a high standard and the location of the Lydden Hills development could be better with stunning views of the hills. The sales team were fantastic and really made us feel special throughout, thanks to Georgia, Audrey and Nicola for making every step go smoothly. Couldn’t recommend them enough, we love our new home, Thankyou.

GoogleFantastic from Joanna at Pentland homes, we had a few delays( not Pentland home’s fault) but Joanna kept us informed with regular calls, which put our minds at rest.couldn’t have asked for more. Before moving in Steve showed us around our new home and was very helpful. A great friendly team. Well done to Pentland homes.

GoogleWe have really appreciated Joanna's help and support, from the first time we met her she has gone above and beyond in being kind and helpful to us. Our Pentland home is really lovely, Steve the site manager has really helped us to appreciate the details of the build, and being on hand to help us settle in. Our home has been well designed and thought out. We are looking forward to living in our new surroundings and watching the site being finished.

However best of all was Joanna in the Show House who could not have been more helpful. Very professional and did every thing necessary and possible to easy the purchase through to a speedy completion and I am sure and hope that the management will have shown her their appropriate appreciation this festive season!! Thank you Joanna.

GoogleAmazing experience from start to finish. Yesterday we moved into our new home on the Mulberry Place development. The experience has been amazing. Joanna the sales negotiator at Mulberry Place is great, she is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and such a nice person. The house is finished to a very high standard and Steve the site manager was great on showing us everything in the house ie how everything works and he knows exactly how the property is built and I must say extremely knowledgeable also. Our home has taken from viewing to completion under a month! Thank you so much Joanna and Pentland Homes we love our new home. Maria and Ben Massingham x

GoogleTried asking for help re the name of their suppliers so that I could contact them direct re purchasing some replacement floor tiles, all I got was "we dont keep records", "Your house is too old, the tiles won't match" so I asked again for the name of the supplier as they might keep stocks and again all I got was "they wouldn't and they wouldn't match and we don't keep details of suppliers" Mind you in their defence it was Friday afternoon.

GoogleI would like to thank Nicola for her patience and understanding when showing us around the show home and around the plot we were interested in. Very professional and extremely helpful. Although we decided on a bungalow as a better option for my 83 year old mum, the houses have a lovely lay out, are beautifully decorated and would make wonderful homes!PositiveResponsiveness, Punctuality, Professionalism
