Worst customer service ever. My partner and I went in to enquire about renting a new flat and were met with total disregard and disrespect from a middle aged woman with a bleach blonde bob. As soon as we said we were there about renting and not buying she stood up and didn’t let us sit - she cut us off and was clearly uninterested as we weren’t there to buy. She was rude about not buying and clearly thought we were just young people wasting her time. Jokes on her though because when we do buy, it won’t be from them! She asked us why we weren’t looking online and we explained that we have a small cat so wanted to talk to a person face to face about how that would work. She laughed in our faces and told us nowhere would let us rent with a cat. When we told her we’ve been renting with our cat for years she said “why can’t you just stay in that flat then?”. We explained about our current flat having lots of problems and she said “well what do you expect from a place that lets you own a pet?” We quickly vacated the shop as her entire demeanour was rude - borderline nasty and totally fake. If you are a young person they won’t take you seriously, won’t even let you sit down so don’t waste your time with this horrible place.

They understand the local market and their pricing and marketing were accurate and secured us a buyer very quickly. Unfortunately this sale was unsuccessful, however they remarketed for us swiftly and within days we had an offer which has now successfully exchanged. The whole team at Forest Hill have been professional throughout and we have mostly worked with Ben & Dan. The flat was previously rented and the team went the extra mile for us - keeping an eye on it while it has been empty.
