All the staff at Pedder East Dulwich were very polite and helpful, particularly George, who dealt with the sale of my mother's house. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us both informed of every update along the way. Any query was answered promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend George and all the other staff at Pedder East Dulwich.

After the birth of our new daughter and before the other starts school, we decided to take the opportunity to spend a period of time in France, close to their grandparents. We knew renting our house would make a huge difference financially but we'd left the whole process quite late and had very little head space to focus on the details. Brynne was absolutely fantastic. She was able to answer, or immediately sought answers to, all the questions we had, all the while gently but persistently asking and helping us to complete all the tasks necessary to move the whole process along. Everything was completed on time and we are now settled in France with some happy tenants. Many, many thanks!

Recently bought a house through Pedder and thought the service provided was excellent. I perhaps wasn't the easiest person to deal with but George and the East Dulwich team quickly found me an excellent house after taking the time to fully understand what I was looking for. Their service through out the process was excellent...communication and updates both via phone and email were great and very useful and best of all they didn't pester me. We have recently sold our house in East Dulwich using the ED branch of Pedder as our agents. The experience was painless and the service was excellent. They got our property on the market quickly and people through the door as promised. All of the staff are polite, professional and give sound advice. The office is welcoming and the staff are very available to you throughout the process. Their local knowledge is extremely handy too. We had a buyer within 3 weeks, I think in large part due to going to market at a realistic price. Since, Will has managed the transaction well, liaising with all agencies and our buyer to ensure exchange happened successfully. Overall we're extremely satisfied with the service and we would recommend this agency.

I can not thank Reinis Pauls (and the team) at FH Pedder enough for being a great agent on my recent house purchase. Reinis (Ray) was always helpful, polite, calm and just well informed on every level. He was particularly helpful when I encountered a hiccup at exchange and the seller almost pulled the plug (not helpful) but he kept everyone calm and we got over the hump. I would 100% recommend Pedder after my experience and intend to use them again in the future.

Avoid like the plague if you don't want to end up with no heating or hot water for weeks in winter and without fridge and at risk of fire!! Extremely rude staff full of attitude and unhelpful, horrible service!!!
