From staying late at the office for us, to helping us source furniture - We've never had such a proactive and reassuring agent!

They got us a speedy initial sale - and then, when the chain unfortunately fell apart several links lower down, they found us a new buyer within 2 weeks, enabling us to keep hold of the house we're buying. GoogleGwenno Hughes at Pedder is a fantastic estate agent, and has helped us immeasurably in finding and renting our flat. She has been supportive and quick to communicate, rigorous in handling the paperwork and processes, and has cut through problems that could be convoluted to provide us with convenient and easy-to-understand solutions at every juncture. If not for Gwenno, our experience of finding a new home would have been very different, and we’re grateful to have her in our corner. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

GoogleExcellent Estate Agent. They came to the property within two hours of my initial call. I inform them of of the date the property would be ready for occupation. George Clark had prospective tenants viewing the property weeks before it was ready for occupation . Not only did George let the property on the date requested he also got the rate I was looking for. George is always there for you. I thank him for an exceptional service, not forgetting his team, Craig and Sinead. Full marks to all concerned especially George. Excellent
