Tried really hard to view two properties for sale with them. Was told a number of times that the agent dealing with them was busy and would call back. He never did. The last time I called the person who answered the phone told me he had already passed on the message and put the phone down on me! Bought a property with KFH down the road in the end who were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. If you're selling with Pedder and not getting many viewings, it may be because they're hugely incompetent rather than lack of interest in your property!

I recently sold my flat and purchased my new house through Pedder in Crystal Palace, with Izabella and Ryan dealing with the transactions respectively. This was an exceptionally long and drawn out process due to challenging solicitors, issues with land registry and an on-going freehold purchase on the flat complicating matters. Both Izabella and Ryan were there to help throughout the process, diligently following up particularly with solicitors and providing me with information at every step of the process- I honestly don't think that I would have got the sale and purchase to completion without their ample amounts of assistance!

I’d had some experience of pushy, rude and uncaring London estate agents, so naturally expected the same when I signed up with Pedder. As it turned out, I couldn’t have been more wrong ... they were efficient, polite, helpful and effective all the way from the first valuation visit through to viewings, negotiation and the final stages of the transaction (after several legal issues cropped up we were especially grateful to Izabella for her proactive role in chivvying all parties along until the deal was done). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. After a fairly eventful and stressful sales process handing over the keys should have felt ecstatic, but I actually felt a little sad to be saying goodbye to the team.
