GoogleWent through a very very long and protracted purchase of a flat with Pedder, 15 months of uncertainty and legal wranglings (through no fault of their own), but they - namely Sarah and Daniel in the Forest Hill office - guided us through pretty well, and we’re extremely patient withbus in the days when we just wanted to shout at everyone to ask why nothing had changed on the solicitors side. Only reasons it’s not 5 stars: Our initial contact wasn’t particularly good and could have done more to chase the vendor but believe that person has now left, Daniel/Sarah picked up the case from April 2018 and did brilliantly. The other issue is as with all agents you only get about 10 minutes max to look round a property you hope to spend a lot of money on, so you feel like you’re being rushed around. Not unique to Pedder, though of course.

GoogleJust rented our house through Pedder and Gwenno has single-handedly changed my opinion of Estate agents! She took the time to understand our rather complex needs and nothing was too much trouble for her. I can't recommend them enough!

GoogleOur property search with Pedder has been the better than any agency in the area. Their property consultants seek to genuinely understand your needs and the quality of the properties they have is great.

GoogleI am a first time buyer and purchased a flat through the Forest Hill branch of Pedder. Sarah was very helpful and communicative throughout the process; when the sale was at risk of stalling she ensured both parties were happy to ensure a successful completion. Thank you for your help!

GoogleGwenno was absolutely helpful throughout the whole process, and was keen to answer all of our many queries as first time movers, would 100% recommend for your first house or your 52nd! She replied to emails as fast as possible with the friendliest manner and would definitely use Pedder again because of it.

GoogleJust completed the sale of my apartment with Pedder. Alexandra was a pleasure to deal with. Her viewings were well organised and she put in the effort. During the completion period she put in the extra effort for both buyer and myself, helped push it through and kept us informed throughout. Thanks for making it happen Alexandra!

GoogleBuying my first flat was more complicated than anticipated (solicitors leaving, chains breaking etc). Without the help of Sarah Hickmott (Pedder Property Consultant) the outcome would not have been successful. She was able to talk to all the parties involved, made sensible suggestions and kept things moving. She is a skilled communicator, joined up thinker and remarkably calm!

GoogleWe found moving to Forest Hill to be a very smooth process thanks to Gwenno at Pedder. Everything was dealt with at such speed and convenience, with our every need put at the top of the agenda. From staying late at the office for us, to helping us source furniture - We've never had such a proactive and reassuring agent!

GoogleGreat service from Daniel, Sarah and all the team at Pedder Forest Hill. They got us a speedy initial sale - and then, when the chain unfortunately fell apart several links lower down, they found us a new buyer within 2 weeks, enabling us to keep hold of the house we're buying. We're so grateful for the help to get us into our dream home!

Very knowledgable and patient, super responsive and so enthusiastic about selling our home - and they got us a great price too. I would definitely recommend them to buyers and sellers alike. Special thanks to Daniel and Sarah who were the dream to work with. Thank you!

GoogleGwenno Hughes at Pedder is a fantastic estate agent, and has helped us immeasurably in finding and renting our flat. She has been supportive and quick to communicate, rigorous in handling the paperwork and processes, and has cut through problems that could be convoluted to provide us with convenient and easy-to-understand solutions at every juncture. If not for Gwenno, our experience of finding a new home would have been very different, and we’re grateful to have her in our corner. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

GoogleGwenno was the most pro-active and thoughtful of all the (many) agents we dealt with in our search to find a flat. She has excellent communication skills and was a pleasure to deal with - we are grateful for her setting us up with our new home! Pedder have access to the best options in the Forest Hill area and the process of renting through them has been very smooth.
