Went through a very very long and protracted purchase of a flat with Pedder, 15 months of uncertainty and legal wranglings (through no fault of their own), but they - namely Sarah and Daniel in the Forest Hill office - guided us through pretty well, and we’re extremely patient withbus in the days when we just wanted to shout at everyone to ask why nothing had changed on the solicitors side. Only reasons it’s not 5 stars: Our initial contact wasn’t particularly good and could have done more to chase the vendor but believe that person has now left, Daniel/Sarah picked up the case from April 2018 and did brilliantly. The other issue is as with all agents you only get about 10 minutes max to look round a property you hope to spend a lot of money on, so you feel like you’re being rushed around. Not unique to Pedder, though of course.

Craig and the team at Pedder absolutely smashed it out the park! Having had my property on the market for many months with other agents and having little luck, Craig quickly secured two asking price offers. The second of these was seen through to completion and Craig was always on hand to keep things moving and ensure the process went smoothly. He's also gone above and beyond, providing market research to assist me with my onwards purchase (even though I'm not buying through Pedder), which has been very helpful.
