GoogleScott was outstanding the whole way through, he was patient when there was an issue and tried his best to sort everything out (which it did) best estate agent I have ever worked with personally and he was always extremely fast to communicate. Pedder as a company I cannot fault. I had to visit their office and was looked after and tended to straight away.

The entire proccess from the first contact to the finalisation was smooth simple, very well organised and well delivered by the representatives who proved to be genuine experts with highly professional and knowledgable approach. GoogleI have just moved out of a Pedder managed property and they are delivering a stand out service. As a housing professional I have been consistantly impressed, including with the initial best practice re safety and attention to detail Responsiveness on repairs and issues has been exemplary from property manager John Dowling - I have probably sent him more than an average number of emails and he has been nothing but accomodating and polite and sorted out a number of issues for me very quickly. I would recommend using Pedder to anyone - it was reassuring to know you'll have a response to issues and can rely on a good standard of repairs where needed.

We had lots of queries about the house but he managed to get the answers from the landlord promptly. He was friendly throughout, over all the staff at this branch are much better than the other branch where we dealt with in the past few years.

Jake Turner was knowledgable, professional and assisted my viewing the property a number of times. Communicative but never pushy, he was responsive, friendly and assisted me in resolving some issues that allowed me to complete. Recommend!
