GoogleKolade was extremely helpful recently when securing tenants for my property. He listened to any concerns I might have and acted on these suggestions straight away. He was always on the end of the phone to reassure me if necessary and was always polite and positive. Pedder should be very proud to have such an excellent employee as him!

GoogleI chose Pedder as they had a better understanding of the uniqueness of the property and its value. They managed the process well. When our first buyers pulled out, they had 3 new acceptable bids within days. Luke kept me informed throughout and looked after the property well too.

The process took a lot longer than hoped with lock-down intervening but thankfully the Pedder team steered it back with their experienced, professional support and advice. GoogleWe've recently completed our sale with Pedder in Brockley - the team has been really great; very professional, responsive and made the process much easier than it might have been otherwise. Jake was always available for a phone call and responded quickly to queries, especially when it came to explaining the details of the process. I was really impressed with their effectiveness with contacting all parties in the chain and general approach to helping us with our move. We've already recommended Pedder to friends in the area.

GoogleWe were recently looking for a property through Pedder with the agent Sam, who made the process enjoyable. Refreshingly, he always knew the leasehold and ground rent info for each property, had a really nice approach for letting you look round, and was personable - making you feel at ease. Thanks also for being patient with us wanting to change and book appointments at late notice and following up with us via whatsapp, which is so much easier to respond to when you’re also working full time and searching for a house to buy. We were really impressed. Thank you :)

GooglePedder Sydenham were invaluable in helping us buy our first home, they made the whole experience feel relatively stress-free and seemed committed to making it happen. Through many tricky situations they were nothing but helpful and supportive and James was a fantastic agent to communicate with. He was flexible with accommodating our numerous visits to the property, went entirely above and beyond to help us resolve any issues, kept up communication on the process at all times without being pushy and was the first person to call and congratulate us when the completion went through.

GooglePedder does not align with the general reputation of estate agents! Sam at West Norwood found me my property and helped me through the first stages before handing over to David to complete what turned out to be a very fast transaction, in spite of COVID-19 restrictions. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and communicative. Would definitely recommend.
