GoogleI’d like to highlight Olga who was our letting consultant helping us secure a flat we absolutely loved. From the very beginning to the end of the process, Olga has been very professional, empathetic, and undoubtedly had our best interest at heart. She always responded and followed up with us promptly, providing reassurance and updates throughout, and took all the stress of finding and moving house for us. It’s been such a smooth ride working with Olga, she’s an asset to the team and I can’t thank her enough for all the work she’d done - we’re very happy tenants in our lovely new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
