GoogleVery happy with the service from Pedder. Vince Spoto was helpful and supportive throughout the process even when we met bumps in the road. Generally the sale of our house went very smoothly and we were very happy. Would recommend them to others.

GoogleI am very happy with the way Pedder handled the sale of our flat. Very efficient, keeping us informed all the way by phone and e-mail. They set a lot of viewings and found us a first time buyer very quickly. We dealt with Vince and Ollie and they were very pleasant and polite. I highly recommend them.

GoogleSolid agent, can't fault them. They seem to have a dominant position in the local market (Dulwich / Herne Hill). We interacted mostly with Harry who was professional and helpful throughout the process. Communication was good and everything went smoothly.

GooglePedder handled the whole process of the sale really well, from valuation to viewings to sale. Vince was really helpful, patient and supportive all the way through as it wasn't a smooth ride all the way. Communication was positive and polite and opened up good communication between us and the buyers. Thanks very much for everything.

GoogleWe've just bought our first house, working with Vince, who's truly a star! Vince is friendly yet professional and is highly responsive. He has gone above and beyond his job throughout the last few months, including responding to emails whilst on holiday (really sorry Vince!). Vince has rallied the chain, getting things moving multiple times: when things went quiet; dates were pushed back; and communication stalled. He responds quickly and is a great mediator. We'd highly recommend Vince for your next property move!

GoogleWe were really pleased with our experience working with Pedder when we sold our flat through them. They had the flat under offer within 10 days of taking it on (it had been with another agent previously for 4 months unsuccessfully!) and clearly know and understand the South East property market very well. Both Vince and Mollie, who handled the sale, were great to work with. They were good communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with them.

After several bad experiences with other agents, we found Josh to be very straightforward to deal with - he was always clear and honest and we never felt like we were being messed around or pushed into anything. GoogleWe ended up hiring Pedder for the sale of our property having been through a bad experience with our previous agent, KFH. It was the best decision! They were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Daniel at Forest Hill but also Alexander at Crofton Park worked together on our sale and it was oh so smooth and successful. Super responsive and helpful at every stage. We had accepted an offer within a week... Could not reccomend highly enough. Thanks to everyone at Pedder.

GoogleOllie and the team were great and provided amazing help from start to finish. Despite a few bumps along the way we always felt supported and well informed throughout each stage of the process. They also put us in touch with a great financial advisor who made the whole mortgage application process a lot easier. Would definitely work with again. Highly recommended.
