He was also responsive to emails throughout the process of returning my deposit which, in my previous experience, tends to be when communication can become patchy. Would recommend.

GoogleI’ve been letting my flat in Upper Sydenham through Pedder for many years. I don’t live locally so it is crucial for me to co-operate with a managing agent I can trust. My experience of Pedder has always been positive. This positive experience has recently been reinforced when I found myself facing a costly quote for works relating to refurbishing gas installation. Derek, who is looking after my property on behalf of Pedder, was most helpful and managed to find another engineer who at a fraction of the original quote price brought the installation to a satisfactory working order. Overall, I highly recommend Pedder and Derek in particular!

GoogleWe had such a lovely experience house hunting with Tahlia. She was incredibly proactive with sending us listings that fit our criteria the moment they came up, finding us our perfect property within a couple of weeks. Once the process of getting referencing completed, documents signed and deposits paid had begun, she was incredibly efficient and communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring we were never kept in the dark. We’re moving into the property at the end of the month, and Tahlia has ensured the entire process has been calm, clear, and exciting. Could not recommend her, and Pedder, enough!
