GoogleAs a first time buyer, I am very happy. I knew Pedder would be a great agency to work with from the moment Daniel went above and beyond from the very beginning to facilitate a conversation with myself and the sellers right before interest rates rose that same evening. He was helpful and very quick to respond, and likely saved us thousands of dollars a year by acting so quickly! Shannon took over the accounts, and it was smooth from when she started to when we exchanged. She has been responsive, accommodating, calm and informative in all the right moments. It was a pleasure working with Shannon. I would highly recommend Pedder to anyone trying to sell their home, or as a buyer.

GoogleAppalling customer service with rude telephone manner. Called to book a viewing and was told I would get a call back when viewings were to be confirmed. I called back 2 days later and they had had viewings and the property in question had gone. No apology no explanation. Awful.

GoogleHad a lovely easy sale with Pedder Crystal Palace. Carolina did such a brilliant job of keeping everything moving/ chasing up slow moving parts of the process that i was able to almost forget I was selling my flat! Would 100% use again in the future.

GoogleI’ve received the worst service from this agency. I’ve contacted them to book a viewing for a property I was very interested in. I was assisted by Scott over the phone which managed to get me a viewing after a questionnaire I had to go through. After going through all the questions he finally booked a viewing for the following day. Normally when you book a viewing every agency will send you an email of confirmation with details and specific address of the property. I’ve never received the email. I called them back once and I asked Scott to repeat my email address in case he had the right one, his answer was “I already know the email, I will send it when I can”. I had to call them again to remind them to please send me a email with the address of the property. Scott failed to send me the email despite all my attempts of communication. I would never recommend this agency as they have really poor customer service and lack of etiquettes.

They are also more personable compared to a lot of other property managers I've dealt with, which is refreshing

Google5 stars for an excellent service. Vince was key to finalise the transaction for the purchase of my current property. He took over when the transaction seemed to have come to a dead end and managed instead to bring it successfully to a conclusion. I recommend Pedder and Vince for the great service!
