I have used Pedder’s services for just over 4 years now, initially to rent out a flat, and more recently to sell it. I have to say that every single member of the team that I have come across throughout this time has been exceptional. In terms of property management, Andrzej has been absolutely fantastic; dealing with any maintenance issues or queries, always in a very efficient and friendly way. It feels like he’s consistently gone above and beyond to help sort things, even in preparation for the sale of the flat. During the sale, Izabella and Sam were equally amazing. Izabella secured buyers much quicker than I had expected, at a difficult time, and superbly communicated with everyone throughout the whole process to keep everything on track, for a quick, smooth sale. I know they both did so much behind the scenes too in terms of all of the preparation for the sale and the administration up until final completion. Bill was also a pleasure to deal with and provided very fair and realistic valuations and advice at all times; dealing with sensitive situations very tactfully. He clearly leads a great team as there are too many individuals to name everyone! -It really does feel like a true team effort. Something that I have genuinely always really liked is that it feels like they strike a great balance in terms of fairly acting on and behalf of tenants/ landlords and buyers/ sellers, I really respect that. It was my first time renting out/ selling a flat and I always felt completely supported. Our flat was marketed competently and (in my view) priced and pitched more realistically than where other agents were aiming in a slow market. What I'd underestimated beforehand was how important it is to have solid support after we accepted/made offers and kicked off the conveyancing process. We got that from Pedder. Things got drawn out and stressful but, throughout, Callum in particular - and Alexander helping cover at the later stages - did a fantastic job of helping push the transaction forward.
