GoogleThe team at Pedder were excellent. Dan and Shannon were a pleasure to work with and despite solicitors being difficult on both sides of the deal, they worked tirelessly to make sure everyone stayed well informed and worked with transparency and integrity.

GoogleJosh was really responsive and always took the time to field our questions. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and felt totally in control. Josh and his colleagues were especially effective towards the end of the process where there was a bit of a hiccup with the exchange. I’d definitely use Pedder again.

GoogleTrevor and Joshua at Pedder (Dulwich Village & Herne Hill branches) were extremely helpful regarding the urgency of selling our house and they were both also very supportive and made us feel comfortable and happy going through all the processes involved. If we had a query Joshua would answer within about 30 minutes and put our minds at ease. Joshua was our go-to man and offered us great customer care, reassurance and advice.

GoogleI have let my rental flat through Pedder for over 10 years. I have always been very pleased with their service. The last two lettings have been handled by Esme and she has exceeded even the normally high standards of Pedder. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The attention and manner in which she has found suitable tenants and looked after every aspect of the various processes, from introducing them as suitable tenants, to organising all the agreements and other paperwork, has been truly exemplary. She is always a complete pleasure to speak to, friendly and very well informed, who clearly cares deeply about finding the right tenants for my flat, as well as ensuring that the property is also the right home for the tenants. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Esme.
