GoogleMollie and Pedder were excellent throughout our property purchase. To provide context this is after six offers on properties with different agents over two and a half years. Pedder has been by far the most straightforward, easy to reach and in our experience honest throughout the process. Easy to get hold of, quick to follow up, highly professional and easy to deal with - highly recommended!

GoogleRecently moved in a property in East Dulwich and had some issues with a side door that wasn't locking fully and another broken key. Dresnusha from the property management office immediately arranged a locksmith to attend within a couple of hours of the issues being reported and was super efficient. A welcome relief from other agencies which ask a million questions and have to go through various portals any provide videos and images before the issue is acknowledged.

GoogleVery Repsonsive, friendly agents who were able to answer any questions we had regarding the property. They helped us find our property and move in with ease. Reyhan Asahinler was a big part of why it went smoothly, and have her to thank for showing us round, responding to our questions and making sure everything went to plan during the move in process!

GoogleJust went in to try and rent my property out and received the worst customer service. This was the 3rd estate agent I’d tried (the first 2 were great and full of info). I asked for some general info on how to rent out my property etc. The man simply responded ‘well what do you want to know?’ I said well let’s start with the price to which he responded ‘15%’. I asked if he has any other info for me and he just said ‘well what do you want to know?’ At this point I just wanted to walk out but asked a simple question just to be polite. I bought with Pedder 5 years ago and thought they were awful then, looks like nothing has changed. Most lazy company in Crystal Palace! I would recommend any other estate agent on the triangle- just avoid this one.

GoogleI have moved into my new flat rented through peddar last month. The process was very smooth and straight forward though landlord took bit of time to take a decision . Scott and Amanda were very friendly and helpful through out the process and kept me upto date about the application progress and they were very flexible to organise a key handover on Saturday which is highly appreciated. Thanks

GoogleHad two viewings with Scott in recent weeks and couldn’t ask for a better agent to show us around. He was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I came away with all the information I needed and a clear understanding of the referencing process. A very different experience to other agents I have viewed with. Would recommend Pedder and Scott within a heartbeat to anyone looking to move in the South London area.

Everyone in the office was friendly but we were very lucky to get Shannon as our agent as she kept everything on track maintaining a cool head and friendly demeanour even during the rough patches (she could work for the United Nations). I have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

GoogleThis one is a little late but I wanted to say a big thank you to Phillippa and the team. Earlier in the year we were looking for a property to buy. Phillippa was able to get us in to see a great property in East Dulwich which we were fortunate enough to complete on during the summer. We really enjoyed working with Philippa on the purchase and we are delighted to be spending our first Christmas in our new home. If we ever decide to sell in the future we will certainly be giving Phillippa a call!
