GooglePedder have been brilliant with the sale of my flat in Forest Hill over the last few months. I had initial contact with the Director Daniel who was very informative about the state of the property market and advised me on how best to market the property. From then onwards, I dealt with Ben, who was superb throughout the process. The actual sale was not always smooth due to some complications with the buyer's solicitor and the property management company. However, for me, communication is king and Ben was exceptional at reassuring me with any concerns throughout the process and ensuring that both myself and the buyer were kept in the loop at all times.

GooglePoor experience with Pedder. Communication was bad, they only managed one viewing for the property over 11 weeks advertising. When I enquired about listing with Pedder I spoke with someone who was very engaged and seemed experienced selling properties, but when the property was listed I dealt with a series of dismal agents. Felt like a bait and switch operation. Their approach to sales was very passive - it seemed to be limited to only sending emails, and hoping that when they listed similar properties it would bring more attention to mine. I do not recommend.

It wasn't an easy process for various reasons, but Ben was great throughout the process, always excellent communication and mediation between sellers, solicitors in the chain, ourselves, and our agents. Would definitely use Pedder again, if we were to sell.

Pedder did not try to push me in any direction but were always quick to answer all of my queries. Ben West was my main contact throughout the period and did a tremendous job in navigating the sometimes difficult relationships between the various stakeholders. Ben also went beyond his normal duties and helped me on numerous occasions, making the overall process much easier. Would definitely recommend them. Buyer.

GoogleI chose to go with Pedder because from my first contact, they were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. In such an important and complicated process as selling a house I really appreciated how good they were at communicating with me and how approachable they were. And I must say a special thank you to Shannon, who was absolutely integral to making things happen and keeping a vital channel of communication open between me and the buyers. Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer. Many thanks to everyone at Pedder, Shannon, Dan, Basak, everyone I had contact with, were truly excellent. Thank you so much for helping me to sell my first home!! I wish you all the very best.
