They were excellent throughout the process, during the valuation they were able to outline good local knowledge and listened to our thoughts. We had Mollie looking after our sale and she is the agent that you want and need! Viewings were organised around our family life and Pedder were able to get a wide range of potential buyers through the door. She was able to confidently steer our first-time buyers through the daunting process of buying a leasehold flat, and helped resolve a number of sticky issues relating to the chain.
