GoogleI viewed a property on Saturday, and was told that I would be contacted by someone from Paul Dubberley the following Monday. Unfortunately, no one phoned or emailed me on the Monday. I sent an email chasing on the Tuesday, and this email was ignored. Out of frustration, I sent an email today, and was told the property had been sold. I was also advised to check my email junk folder for a missing email (which I did). Since I could not find any such email, I asked Paul Dubberley to forward it to me. A little while later, I had a missed call and voicemail from the agent. I returned the call, and was advised that I was called on Monday. However there was no missed call and/or voicemail. When I asked about the missing email too, I was advised by the staff member 'I have been snowed under'. Really not good at all, to expect customers to go ahead with mortgage interviews and attend viewings, and then not allow them an opportunity to put an offer in, whilst at the same time stretching the truth. Utter waste of time, especially considering I had already waited to hear back for months during the lockdown, and the same staff member had claimed that a number of emails that I had sent during the lockdown, had never been received either!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleExcellent service and customer care... alot of support throughout my sale and purchase from everyone in the team. Great communication support from the manager Gagan and the sale team Manisha made sure the sale went smoothly and quick. I would highly recommend this branch. I have been using this branch in bilston for a long time and they never fail to disappoint me. They are not cunning or conniving like other estate agents who claim they are No 1. There are hidden agendas or fees with paul dubberley. They do there best to achieve the best for you, nothing less than expectations.

GoogleJaime helped us through the whole process from showing us round our house to moving in, she answered all our questions and was always really nice. We haven’t had any problems but if we ever have any questions about the house or contract the staff at Paul Dubberly have been quick to respond.

GoogleFor context, earlier this year I awarded the Great Bridge branch a glowing 5 star review for selling another of our rental properties. The 2 branches are polar opposites in performance. Great Bridge fulfilled all of their promises from only sending quality experienced buyers, full communication, and a quick trouble free sale. Bilston have NOT fulfilled their promises, and crucially without my intervention last week would have lost an excellent buyer who had been messed about for almost 3 weeks. Having finally tackled Gags, the Manager about this on Thursday morning, I was promised a call back re the fee agreed....I still await that call 4 days on.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolute pleasure to deal with ! Gags and Manisha made the whole selling process as easy as it gets. Took care of everything from viewings (taking CV19 measures into consideration) to the Floorplan's and EPC's. Always had time for me during the selling process, emails and calls were returned within 10/15 minutes, and kept me in the loop when ever there was an update. Went above and beyond at some points helping with admin and paperwork. Filled with confidence from day 1 through to completion.
