GoogleWe recently let a property through Paul Dubberley. Dealt with Holly Clay in the main whom we found to be very knowledgable of the local area and all of the current legal requirements. Block viewings were set up within a few days and the property was let the following week. Found all staff at the office friendly when we called in, and Covid 19 regulations adhered too.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful first experience! I arranged to view a property that I was keen on buying, As soon as we opened the door we were hit buy a strong smell of cannabis! OK so that could be be solved with some elbow grease? Then after doing a bit of research on Facebook, found the the property had obviously been used for drug dealing by the previous tenants? What an utter waste of time. I responded to them and heard nothing back of course!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
