GoogleFrom the start till the end of our sale our estate agent Manisha has been just a pleasure! I can only describe us as “nightmare” clients. We were very eager to sell our property and move and Manisha took on board our timeline that we wanted to achieve and made it happen, even with all the bumps on the road that were not due to Manisha or the company Paul Dubberly ( but we’re personal ) she made the sale process an absolute joy, she kept us in the loop and sold our property at a rapid speed and always informed us on what to expect- this made the process feel less daunting. Manisha handled our case professionally, and was very friendly with the service she provided to us which made it a pleasure to speak to her. Selling our home has been a rollercoaster of a ride that we were most definitely not ready for as a young family of 4...but we are so glad we had representation such as Manisha and Paul Dubberly who fought for us and never disappointed us with their services. GoogleI would like to share my experiences of purchasing a property through Paul Dubberley Estate Agents during a global pandemic ... The process from start (viewing) to completion (receiving the keys) was child's play. Excellent communication from Manisha and Gags from the offset. A professional team who made the process simple and hassle free. I would definitely recommend their services. If I hadn't recently struck a deal with my current letting agents who manage my property portfolio I would move everything to Paul Dubberley ... Who knows I still might!

The review would have been 5 stars had it not been for a small hiccup during the purchase in relation to a "right to buy" restriction that probably should have been established by the agent in advance of the property going onto the open market. GoogleI must say, I've had really poor service from Paul Dubberley at West Bromwich. I phoned the branch over 10 times without a pick up and emailed the branch manager & the branch and got no response. I rang again after 10 days of no response and was told that the property that my client wanted has been sold to someone else, without informing my client that a competitive offer was in place. There was no common courtesy to call, email or keep myself or my client in the loop. I hope they get their act together to treat their clients fairly.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWhat should have been an exciting experience turned into an unpleasant one. Christian who was dealing with me made things difficult for me. From start to finish. I found him condescending and very pushy towards me. On the day I was to get my keys I was waiting in my car for 4 hours. I would not want anyone to go through what I did.
