GoogleAfter struggling to find a suitable property for a few months until i met Paige at Paul Dubberley. I told her what i was looking for and my price range and she magically found me the perfect property in the area i wanted within an hour of meeting her. Since moving in to my new place i had a minor issue with the heating and told Paige about this..Agagin within the hour an engineer was with me and had resolved the issue. GoogleReview regarding mortgage, Dan the mortgage advisor is brilliant and over the years has got me great deals. However they have a offer, if you recommend someone to use their mortgage and the person proceeds with mortgage to complete, they will pay 100.00 however I got passed back and forth to connels and paul dubberley and they never gave me the recommendation money. If they dont want to pay out dont offer it.PositiveProfessionalism

Nicky (Sales Negotiator) helped a lot through this process, especially finding a professional solicitor and arranging the viewings and going through all the paper work. It was my first purchase so needed help and advice , Laura was very informative regarding help with mortgage questions as well. Atrocious Customer Service. Sadly, it seems my experience of Paul Dubberley echoes the other review on this site. I initially contacted Paul Dubberley six weeks ago as I had seen a property advertised with them I was interested in. My wife and I went to the office and made an appointment for two weeks ago. We arrived for the appointment only to be told that the appointment wasn't a 'real appointment' as it hadn't been confirmed and the relevant person was finishing early on that day, so, an appointment was made for to-day (11/6/22). In the interim, my wife and I decided not to go ahead with Paul Dubberley (I think it is understandable that we have concerns after the initial experience). I have tried to call the office three times this morning and the call has just rung out, so, I have no idea whether anyone is even in the office to-day. When we were last in the office, the property we were interested in was pictured in the window under the caption 'New Instructions', when we enquired about this, we were informed that the 'Vendor had accepted an offer' and this happened 'in the last few minutes. Although this may have happened, I think we should put this against a reality check. Finally, I found out about Paul Dubberley the government's website; I am not sure if Paul Dubberley have a government contract, but, I would hope for a higher standard of due diligence from the government.
