GoogleAbsolutely appalling . your tenant can damage your house, redecorate , introduce animals , wreck interiors and Partridges will not notice, will not notify you and will NOT help you after. Inspections done by blind and demented people and office does NOT return your calls, But surprise surprise management fees always taken on time. you pay for insurance and somehow not purchased. As a landlord you are screwed. They will push people on benefits, CCJ etc just to get their fees, what happens after its not their problem anymore. Do not make a mistake and going with them

I am not sure what property you are referring to and as a business we are very selective on properties, landlords and tenants that we work with. I am perhaps wondering if this is a disgruntled competitor trying to tarnish our well respected reputation!

GoogleMy recent experience with Partridge Homes Yardley has been amazing. I was looking for a rental property following an agreement to divorce. Despite being at the lower end of the rental market, they have demonstrated understanding and patience throughout. Sadly, I won't be able to enter into the agreement with them, but I honestly can't recommend them enough.

GoogleA landlord by default as I now live in EU, I was recommended to Partridge’s in 2016 and they have been by letting agent ever since. One change of tenants, no issues and regular photographic inspections are emailed to me. Very good service and it’s a pleasure to be able to provide you this review as requested.

GoogleRecommend by relative so was expecting a professional service. Went with upfront payment that’s where we went wrong - went on market in January they lost interest by March. I spent most of my time ringing them and chasing supposed viewings -then to be told by Paul Partridge that I did choose the cheap and cheerful option- how insulting.- don’t call £800 cheap mayaswell of burnt it It’s now almost a year and not sold so they will soon get rid of me . I have had one feed back from them in this time - this is why I feel compelled to leave this poor review.
Good Morning Helen, Thank you for taking the time to provide this review, we are obviously very disappointed with the comments you have made. We marketed the property on the on-line only marketing package on 13th January 2017. On 8th February we had received an offer within £2,000 of the asking price which you declined. In our opinion this was a fair offer and the buyer was in a strong position to proceed. On 10th March we had one of our Vendors who we had sold his property and agreed with him to pay the asking price for your property, however this Gentleman suffered three heart attacks and unfortunately had to withdraw from his sale and purchase. We have advised you on several occasions that the fact the property has 58 years left on the lease does restrict the market as many lender will not lend to buyers with a low lease. On 12th May 17, we advised you to make enquiries to extend the lease to make the property more appealing and allow buyers to have a mortgage. We would then review the price of the property to incorporate an extended lease. In the meantime we arranged for new photos to be to give the property a fresh image on-line whilst you obtained details about the lease. On 30th June 17 you asked us to reduce the property by £50 and amend the description which we did for you. On 27th July 2017 you asked us to reduce the property by a further £900 which we did this again for you and requested details on the cost from the Freeholders to extend the lease. It was then confirmed that the Freeholders have advised the cost to extend the lease would be between £9,000 to £13,000. Our advice has been to look to extend the lease as at the moment the property is restricted to predominately cash buyers and we can then review the price to incorporate the extended lease. I have also advised you that we would be happy to rent the property for you on a short term basis whilst the lease extension goes through to ensure that you are receiving an income from the flat. We are more than happy to continue marketing the property at no extra cost for you after the 12 month marketing package expires, however we really do feel that you should look at extending the lease. We are sorry that you have felt the need to carry out a 1 star review on trustpilot and google, it has been our genuine desire to get your property sold and we will continue to do our best for you. Having had to remove my house from the market for personal reasons they were very understanding despite the work they had done. Whilst on the market I received regular (daily) updates either by phone or email. Very impressed and sorry I had to take the house off the market. Will be back to you in the future. Thanks again

It's really all about service and trust for me - I've used just about every estate agent over the last 20 years but for the last 5 years I have only used Partridge Homes. They go above and beyond to look after my requirements and have been by far the best with providing tenants of a high calibre . I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Partridge Homes and have done so several times. Keep up the good work :-)

GooglePathetic excuse for a estate agents. Found a house on their website so rang up got told it wasn't available. When we mentioned it was on their website they told us they would call back. They never did. We had to call them. Suddenly the house was available. We arranged a viewing for a Saturday. The only time me and my partner could make as I work different shifts to my partner. We got there and waited for the viewing only to be told I have the wrong keys. I can't open the door. He then said I thought I had the wrong keys. So why not pick up the right keys? Are the keys not labelled? Do they have random keys just dotted about and it's pot luck. You have now lost a potential tenant
Hi Mark, we are obviously very disappointed with your comments in relation to the service you received. Following the phone call our office made to your partner, we did advise that the previous tenants had acted inappropriately and changed the locks. As you know since this incident you had applied for a property with Partridge Homes, hopefully you were more satisfied with the viewing and the service received. GoogleDealt with these years ago. Got my property back in a terrible state. Admittedly I found tenants. Costs me 1000s to put right. I never received a penny back of the deposit held. They claim the tenants had to fill in an online form which they didn't. As a landlord with a small portfolio, take my advice and pass them by.

I have not invested in this region before and I was very impressed with the great help and kindness offered by Charlotte and Paul during our visit, which lasted for longer than expected and which I enjoyed greatly. I was visiting Birmingham on a 2-day trip, which consisted of meeting various agencies and I can confidently say that Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents in Yardley were by far the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They appear to know their area inside-out and I look forward to working with them and uncovering some exciting investment opportunities in the future.

GoogleI got recommended to Partridge Homes by a customer of mine when I had found out she sold her house through them and had a good experience. As soon as Callum came out and valued my house I knew I wanted to use them, he never gave me the hard sell and came across very honest and truthful,. Once we put our house on the market it probably took around 5 weeks to agree a sale. The sale dragged on a bit, which which was done to the buyer getting a mortgage but throughout that time Callum, James and Charlotte kept me well informed and always very friendly on the phone. I think they offered a great service (better than I had before selling 2 other properties) and I would definitely recommend, thanks guys Martin Jones
