GoogleI have been a tenant with them from Aug 2020 to Nov 2023 and with every issue you need to be solved they do it as quick as possible. They are the best renting agency and know their job more than expected, excellent customer service.

GoogleThis is the first time I have entered the private rented sector via a letting agency and Partridge Homes were the ultimate professionals. They helped me secure the most ideal outcome in a very short space of time - a new home, great location with a good landlord! I connected with several estate agents but Partridge Homes by far gave the best customer service. They understand what the customer will want and need. I viewed several properties and the final one I expressed an interest, was offered, completed checks and moved within an incredibly short space of time. Partridge walked me through the entire process, always returned emails and calls, gave reassurances. They are very 'intentional' in their delivery, ensuring you understand the process and they gave great customer service. The guy who managed the viewings - legend! Honest and straightforward. Amy who managed the process - ultimate professional! There is a notable difference in customer services when it comes to a family run business compared to the big chains. I would recommend Partridge Homes to others and really valued their proactiveness when it comes to delivering a good, honest service.

GoogleAfter struggling with many local agents I finally came across Partridges. It was refreshing to work with a family owned company as they really did go above and beyond. Amy and Paul were very meticulous and listened to what my requirements were and they delivered. Thank you for making what usually is a stressful process not stressful at all! GoogleI have been renting for 15 years and have used various letting agents. Partridge Homes are the first and only letting agents that have treated me as a tenant with respect. They are always very helpful and quick to deal with any issues at the property (there haven't been many). When i moved in there was a welcome pack with little gifts which i thought was a lovely touch. I have now been in the property for almost a year. House inspections do not feel intrustive and they are not too frequent as has been my experience previously. Staff are complimentary of my home and i have also met my landlord who was really nice too. I feel like the staff here care about you as a tenant, as opposed to being all about making money and cutting corners for the landlord, which i have unfortunately experienced with other local letting agents. Overall i am very pleased to be renting with Partridge Homes. Thankyou :)

GoogleMy daughter recently bought her first place with Partridge. Throughout the whole process the whole team were friendly, helpful, endlessly patient and were a great support to us. They presented her with a lovely welcome pack when the sale completed. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks to everyone and a very happy new year.

GoogleWe received fantastic service from Paul who has helped get on the property ladder for the first time. We had a few issues with our purchase which almost caused us to miss out on this opportunity, however, Paul was instrumental in saving the day for us. We really appreciate his efforts and would definitely recommend his services.

GoogleCouldn't praise Partridge Homes enough! I have been a customer of theirs for five years now and they have always been a very professional, friendly and efficient team to deal with. They recently found me a new tenant within a few days of them advertising it and it was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend!
