We had our house at Furnace End near Coleshill on the market for about 18 months with a couple of other agents and got barely any viewings. Highly Recommended! I contacted them in search to rent a flat. First of all, I would like to praise and appreciate Susan. She spoke so softy, humbly, calmly, pleasantly, welcoming me, which most of the other letting agents and companies don't do at all. Whatever I say about Susan in praise is less. Such a lovely, soft spoken, calm, pleasant and very helpful lady she is. I called them few times and every time Suisan talked to me in the same way, very politely, humbly, kindly, respectfully, pleasantly and helped me immediately. Talking to her was a true treat and trust worthy service. Many thanks Susan, for your kind and absolute excellent service and help. Secondly, Paul showed me the property. I reached early. Paul came there before time as well and showed me the property without making me wait further. He was very friendly, pleasant as well. He gave me a lot of time to view the flat, take pictures and a video of the flat. And remained very pleasant and talked very nicely and respectfully without showing any rush. Not just this, when I told him that I am interested in renting this property, he immediately talked to the owner and sent me the forms to fill in. Unlike other agents who show the property to many people and at the end giving it to one person leaving you frustrated and wasting your time and energy. But here with Partridges they behaved as trustworthy, reliable, very committed, professional, pleasant and excellent service. Paul thank you so very much to you as well.
