I have always found using P&P for both my rentals and sales is the best and easiest decision I could make as a landlord. The staff are professional, courteous & always deliver. A special mention to Rachel for conducting the check out process & report. It is genuinely worth the small fee to ensure a professional and evidence based approach to dealing with deposit returns. 5 stars!

Recently bought our first home through Palmer & Partners. They were absolutely brilliant especially Macauley & Brady. We weren't sure of the home buying process but all the way through they kept us up to date as to what was going on and were really helpful. We were helped with everything by Brady, and he was so patient with us especially as we were first time buyers so we had a lot of questions back and forth. Faultless. P&P worked diligently through the market depression and picked up the sale again after we took the property off. Immediately after we returned the property to market they saw a buyer through to the finish. The team in Clacton are friendly and empathetic when it comes to a bereavement sale. The agreed contract was honoured despite the break in sale, would absolutely recommend them.
