GoogleCannot praise Palmer & Partners enough during our few years of rental experience, an extra special thank you to Sarah and the team at the Clacton on Sea branch for making our stay the best it could be from start to finish, acted with total professionalism the whole time and never left us in doubt of any kind at any time as tenants with their genuine personal service. Timely e-mail responses from Kate Antoniou ensured that we were well kept in the loop while the agreement for the tenancy was under way. Moreover, all the doubts which were raised were also responded timely via e-mail and on the phone with detailed explanation. Overall, very satisfied with the services.

GoogleGreat example of how a frown can be turned upside down. I had a dispute over a deposit that got resolved thanks to John Gallop and a further 2 issues wthat were not their fault were resolved as well. In the end great service and would recommend them.

Friendly team, communication was fantastic the whole way through and they were responsive to my questions and nothing was ever too much! From moving into the property they continue to be just as attentive ! Would highly recommend !
