GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Palmer and Partners with a special mention to Chelsey. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Chelsey via email and calls and she was extremely efficient, we really do feel that Chelsey went the extra mile for us to help us get into our new property, whilst making it as stress free as possible.

GoogleWithout the expertise, calmness,and professionalism of Claire Chapman the sale of the property would not have happened.In addition to everyone concerned having to deal with lock down, we all had the experience of a difficult chain of sale. At all times Claire continued to keep me up to date, always replying to e mails, and never failing to return telephone calls.A big thank you to Claire, and I recommend to everyone Palmer's are the agents for you.

GoogleI was tasked with selling a family home in Ipswich and asked two agents to visit me. From the first moment of contact Palmer & Partners were streets ahead of the other agent and at the appointment it was clear to me that they were a very well organised knowledgeable company, so I had no hesitation in giving them the business. When the property was put on the market I was kept up to date with interest, viewing activity, offers and regular progress reports once a sale had been agreed. I have nothing but praise for the team at Ipswich and happily give them 5 well deserved stars.

GoogleWe bought our house through Palmer and Partners and dealt solely with Claire. As first time buyers we had no idea the involvement Claire would have post-offer acceptance, although we did get the impression she does go above and beyond! With lockdown etc, the house purchase experienced a number of delays and we can honestly say Claire was the reason it kept moving, and we finally got to completion. She was always very responsive, kept us updated, was always calm and helpful, she listened to our concerns and queries and always got quick and practical responses back to us. She liaised with the Sellers and our own conveyancers and was an absolute godsend. From our experience, we could not recommend her (and the company) highly enough.

If I called the company my enquiry was always answered professionally and speedily. I was given the feeling that they really did care about my experience. GoogleI originally bought my house through Palmer and Partners 6 years ago and they did a great job at helping me through the process. I used 3 different Estate agents in 4 months to try to sell my house and Palmer and Partners went above and beyond to secure a sale. It's been a torturous 6 months of waiting for queries, solicitors and the current Pandemic, but they have kept me in the loop at all time and provided outstanding service, especially Claire, who has been brilliant at every step!
