GoogleI can not fault Palmer’s & Partners, especially Lyn. What an amazing lady. She has been my saviour through our house sale and purchase. keeping me up to date and also chasing constantly to put my mind at rest. I will actually miss talking to her daily. I HIGHLY recommend this estate agents!!

GoogleDon’t bother putting your house up with any other estate agent in the area. Brady and the team managed to sell my house within four visits and we completed today. A professional service with regular check ups regarding the sale to make sure everything was going okay. GoogleI put my property on the market just before covid lockdown in March, so for first few weeks everything was in lockdown but, as soon as this was over l had a buyer, this fell through after a few weeks into the process but within a week they had secured me another buyer which completes this week. The team were very courteous and kept me very well informed every step of the way. If l was selling another property, l would definitely use Palmer & Partners again. GoogleAmazing estate agents, David was so helpful on advising us on getting our house ready to sell then produced in depth 360 views of our house for potential buyers to see. They sold the house within days! Lyn from the sales progression team was extremely helpful with getting our sale over the line. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them - communication on every step of the process was easy and we never had to chase for a return call from them. Would highly recommend Palmer &Partners 😀

GoogleMy Husband phoned to book a viewing at a house on the High Street in Brightlingsea on the Saturday the Girl in the office took the booking she gave 2 available viewings one at 10.30. and one at 16.00 my husband said the he would confirm which time. My husband rang up on the Friday he confirmed the 16.00 on the Saturday and asked if the that the gate can be left open on the property that's if we arrive early we can see the garden no problem he was told brilliant. We arrive at the house to find no gate was left open we waited for the ventor to arrive and waited to no avail l said to my husband to ring the estate agents yourself he was told there was nothing booked in at all and that we should of confirmed the booking we did that when we agreed the time and date and to leave the gate open.We were coming from Cambridgeshire which can take 2 hours so we made sure the time and day were ok to view as my huband confirmed on the Friday. Unprofessional to say the least they had nothing logged on the system bad. And to get told if they had the viewing there was no electricity so no lighting oh sorry yes by some form so I should think by tourch light are they joking looking around a property when it's dark with no lighting and in your words when the property needs total renovation Just very unprofessional to say the least. GoogleExcellent service. From start to finish I have been kept informed and they give confidence In their service and abilities where other estate agents have come across as unprofessional. Everyone I have spoken to at the local office have been brilliant. A family run business like this are far better than one that is part of a larger corporation! Will definetly use them again.
