Its unfair to discriminate those who have debt, Not stating that in the rental ads let's these agents get away with that and obviously to comply with regulations from the property omnibusman they don't. The agent hadn't got a clue about the property I viewed eitherNegativeValue

We explained that due to your situation the referencing company would not be able to provide a satisfactory reference to enable you to proceed with the rental. This is not our company but a separate referencing company that our landlords request we carry out before moving into any property. An Agent that delivered on its promise and was good value. Genuinely good experience on a not so easy house sale (not their fault). Special mention to Lin who chased the sale through from start to finish. More agents should have this person in place to ease the process and keep the communication flowing. Cannot recommend Palmer and Partners and all of its staff enough on my recent house sale. Sold the property within 36 hours, professional service the whole way through for the last 10 weeks and due to complete next week. If your looking for an agent in the area, then look no further. First class estate agents. They sold our house so fast and stress free. Amazing pictures taken by Brady in the morning, went live online that afternoon, 3 viewers booked for the following day, of which the first one made an offer of the full asking price! Big thank you to Harry for keeping us updated every step of the way. Highly recommended.

I bought my first home through Palmer and Partners clacton branch. The team were fantastic. The process started with Harry who was particularly professional in his approach on the viewing, it was also harry who negotiated the offer for us and secured us the home. From then on we were in the capable hands of Lynn. Buying a home is stressful but lynn made it as stress free as possible. Keeping me updated throughout the process, and always being at hand to assist when needed. I couldn’t thank Lynn, Harry and the team enough!
