GoogleUsed palmer and partners to sell our property in stanway. They were very professional from the start. Being the first time we were selling to buy they made things very simple to understand. In particular James and Tyler who we dealt with the most both knowledgeable and professional. We will 100% use them again in the future.

GoogleThe sales team were really good at helping me sell a property. They listened and provided advice but were willing to do whatever I was happy with. HOWEVER, Do not ever accept their recommended solicitors/conveyancers. Find your own. They recommended Fisher Jones Greenwood to our buyers and it almost caused the whole chain to collapse. Paul at PP was able to help with pushing the sale through but it took a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Wasn’t worth the hassle in my opinion. They lost 2 stars for recommending Gayle Fordham at FJG and I hope they prioritise their clients and stop referring people to her based on all her negative trust pilot reviews.

GoogleHello! My experience is not satisfactory. I am interested in renting a property in Colchester and based on the advertisements and according to availability I have contacted them on a number of occasions and have even been to view the apartments. Although I have expressed my interest in renting either of the apartments and although still showing that they are available on the site I have been informed they are no longer available. Again I have called them to express my interest in renting the property and was informed that I will be called back but this has not happened. I have asked the lady to be sent the relevant information in order for me to proceed with renting the apartment and I was told that I will be sent everything but this has not happened. I feel based on my experience this was a waste of time and money Given that my experience was very poor I have serious reservations to recommend this company. Keeping in mind that I have travelled from London on several occasions and spend money and time on the travel this has not been fruitful nor did they take this into consideration.
Hello, we are sorry we were not able to help you secure a property. Although we booked two properties to show you, you were unable to attend one due to train delays and by the time you confirmed your interest in the other property there were already multiple asking price offers in place and we were waiting for the landlord to confirm which application she was going to proceed with. This meant that, although the property was still showing as available (which it technically was as we had not yet taken a holding deposit) we were not taking any additional viewings as we didn’t want to waste any potential viewers time viewing a property which was, to all intents and purposes let. We are sorry this left you disappointed. We are sorry we were not able to email you the details you requested in the timeframe you required. We wish you well for the future.

GoogleI have been really pleased with the support and professionalism when dealing with Palmers & Partners. A special thank you to Alfie, Hayley and Paul who have been simply brilliant. Moving house is stressful but they have handled matters well to minimise the stress. I’ve already instructed them for a second transaction which should tell you all you need to know. No cocky millennials chewing gum here!

GoogleDecided to sell our house in south Essex and move into rented until we find somewhere to buy. We had never done renting before, but Palmers and Partners made the transition very easy. The staff are extremely diligent, friendly and aim to please. They made is completely stress free. Our contact was Charlotte and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even since the rental started they are checking up to see if all is well. Would highly recommend this agency. 1st class service.
