GoogleI have always thought it isn’t that important which estate agent you choose as with Rightmove a buyer will eventually turn up. After my recent experience I believe you do need a dynamic estate agent such as Lucy Green and her team Palmers estate agents. After the sale is a very important time and Claire will keep you well informed step by step If you have a property to sell please get in contact with Lucy I’m confident you will not be disappointed.

GoogleI had seen lots of P&P signs going up and down in Ipswich in the past, so when the time came to sell my house I gave them a ring. Not only were they cheaper than most, they also gave me a realistic valuation (unlike other state agents who either undervalued my house or gave me an unrealistically high price just so that I went with them) and took excellent pictures of the house that really attracted a lot of attention. It then took 3 months to complete the sale, and during that time they kept me up to date during every step of the process. Usually you learn more from a service provider when there are hiccups in the process that they have to address, and fortunately there were none in my case, but I still think they did a very good job.

GoogleBy far the best estate agent I've used. The three others, won't mention their names, were pretty hopeless. Palmer & Partners keep you informed at every stage. Communication is one of their strong points. I would definitely recommend using them.

GoogleFantastic service & support from P&P and specifically Chelsey. We encountered many issues with our chain along with delays and problems in general (none of it P&P fault) and Chelsey went above and beyond on multiple occasions to motivate the sale and process forwards. Would most certainly sell via P&P again purely down to this service alone and client first approach. Everyone we have spoken to at P&P has been polite and supportive, Thank-You.

My estate agent Tom was very efficient in keeping me up to date with the process and was helpful of any questions or concerns I had. GooglePalmer and Partners gave excellent advice and service from start to finish. Their representative had sensible and realistic discussions with us about the asking price and the way that it should be presented and also took great care to produce superb photographs of the interior of the house. There were some difficult moments during the sale process but Palmers handled all matters calmly, efficiently and professionally and produced an excellent end result. Recommended strongly.

GoogleI have never experienced a house sale managed so effectively and smoothly as with Palmers who are acquiring a first rate reputation with buyers and sellers in east Suffolk now. If you want to get your house sold or achieve a purchase rather than faff around for months and lose heart, this is the agency to go to. I was especially blessed to have Lucy achieve a speedy sale and then Claire manage the process personally through to completion even being hands on, on her days off and always there at the end of the phone! An amazing personal service from someone who interacted with me as a trusted advisor, batting for me throughout. Absolutely first class. Palmers are out-gunning the local agents, and they deserve to.
