The issues you described, waiting three months for your front door key, having to rely on side gate access, and the confusion regarding garage access, fall far below the standard of service we strive to provide. Please understand that the delay in obtaining front gate access was due to a hold-up from the Block Management team. Despite our numerous follow-ups, they regrettably failed to provide the keys to us in a timely manner. This situation is completely unacceptable, and we are truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience this has caused you. You rightfully deserved full access to your home from day one, and we acknowledge that we did not deliver on this basic expectation. The matter has now been addressed accordingly, but please accept our heartfelt apologies once again for the difficulties you’ve faced.
