FacebookOyster property is not reliable. I don’t recommend them. The people in the office of Stanmore brunch are disrespectful and rude. They are liar. A lady in their office called Minal told us we don’t care about you, do what ever you want. Thay hold your deposit for weeks after tenancy finishes. Oyster property in honeypot lane Stanmore has the most rude staff ever and disrespectful people. They don't have mercy to a 10 years old child.Oyster property make tenant to live with mice and Rat for more than one year. I was their tenant for 4 years always paying my rent on time but they didn't care of tenant right, I don't recommend oyster properly the Stanmore brunch, they are not reliable. I was their tenant for 4yrs in a house having Rat and mice.After being a very good tenant for oyster property honeypot brunch, I found another flat and moved out but the people in office of oyster property didn't give my posts to me and always treated me unkindly. Even a lady in office talked very rude saying if you move out you must redirect your posts to your new address That is true but I just moved few weeks ago and although I redirected my mails but for first few days my posts goes to my old address They are not helpful not now not the time I was thereI remember my flat had mice They did promise to sort that problem out for almost one year but they didn't ...

Google"Well, you hear all these horror stories about property sales in England. We had our property on the market for over 1 year. We started out with a London wide based company that claims to be the most modern and highest advertising and they locked us in for 6 months with promises that they would sell our house in weeks! Unfortunately, this proved to be a complete waste of our time as they could not bring enough potential viewers through the door. As we were about to find out is true of most estate agents, they are all mouth and no trousers! So when we were free from this we went multi agency and selected a local agent together with a company that we thought would have the right profile and clients for our unusual property. That turned out even worse with even less viewings. Like the one’s before them, they were extremely good at talking the talk but couldn’t walk the walk! Then Manesh, from Oyster Properties in Arnos Grove, came by and offered his services and as they were the most local agent for us, we thought what can we lose? It can’t be worse than any of the other 5 agents we had tried. Well, their approach was honest and not full of old flannel. They consistently brought along genuine, potential customers over a long period of time and, unlike the other agents, Oyster didn’t give up after the first couple of months. Eventually, through their hard work and commitment, they brought along the buyers for our property. So all good and well you might think? However, things didn’t go smoothly as we had some complications with a restricted covenant. This took 6 month to resolve and had it not been for the expert handling of the situation by Manesh and his colleagues, we are sure that the sale of the property would have fallen through. At every stage through this difficult time, they kept the buyers, the solicitors and ourselves informed and were always available at the end of the phone. They handled the situation with quiet expertise and professionalism. A big thank you to Manesh and Oyster for the honest, professional and personal service we received and we have no hesitation in recommending Oyster Properties to anyone buying, selling or looking to rent a property."
