GoogleOne of the worst property agents I came across! Rude and unprofessional. I was trying to rent a place and the agent wanted documents beyond their right to see! Logics don’t work....”it’s our company policy”....period.

We do take pride in catering our tenants needs the best way we can and therefore, we would like to clarify your situation and why we were not able to agree on the rental contract with you. Firstly I would like to mention that Oyster Properties is taking full responsibility toward the Landlord when renting out a property and therefore, a proper credit check is mandatory in order to establish if the tenant is eligible for a particular property. If the client is not willing to provide all necessary papers we don’t have another option than to decline the applications. I hope this explains why we were not able to move on with your application. GoogleManesh was helpful from start to end with my purchase of a property he was marketing. My own estate agent I feel was not doing enough to encourage my buyers through the process and at one point it felt like things might fall through due to a deadline being missed. Manesh chivvied my own estate agent on constantly, as well as tirelessly chasing up the whole chain, everyone's solicitors, and even on the day of completion was there to try to ensure my moving in went smoothly. (the previous owners took a fair bit longer than expected to move out and I turned up with my own removal men to move in - Manesh ensured that the chaos was to a minimum).

A major high street agent couldn't sell my property but oyster were superb and helped me through every stage of the sale process. GoogleWe had a good experience with oyster properties in letting our property. Staff were polite and dealt quickly with issues. The only criticism I would have is that a little more attention could have been given to administrative details. Otherwise a good overall service.
