I sincerely hope all North London estate agencies are more professional,respectful and considerate.I also believe,there should be better options in the area to either sell,buy or rent a home.

In a time where punctuality and reliability are hard to find Mr. Richardson responded to all of my emails and phone calls as quickly as can be expected and managed to speed up my move in process. They provide good service, during the time you are with them. But when you vaccate, Only option you will be left with, is to raise a dispute to claim your advance. Very disappointed with them.

Awful experience. We dealt with one of their agent named Irina and during the negotiation she disappeared. I had to call multiple times their office and never a call back. They didn't contact us to let us know what was happening with the property, so I wrote to the Head Office and to her again. No body replied to me. Very unprofessionals and definitely not a CLEAN business!

Overall has been great to sort out breakdowns to your customers. I apologose for the last request not responding to you in good time. Acctually it was a long time I did not receive any breakdowns so I did not open my Email daily. Since then again I did not receive any breakdown. Probably the most efficient Estate Agent in N and N W London with very helpful staff . No wonder the rapid growth of their staff numbers. The service far exceeds your expectation and for multi -buy to lets a consolidated year end statement make renting so easy. Just try and you will not regret.
