Oyster and Manesh dealt with our sale from us giving the instruction to us literally walking out the door on completion day. We are very confused to hear about your unfortunate experience mainly because we haven’t dealt with you nor do we have any record of you in our system either as past or prospective tenant.
Just to let you know before we accept a tenant, we do all the necessary check so as to qualify a tenant and there are times we have rejected tenants due to them being not suitable or they have failed reference check.
If you had been genuinely dealing with a particular agent then you would have known his name rather then to say (Indian Guy) as all our employees identify themselves and also send out emails with their names.
We suspect this is a malicious review or you are confused us with another agent who has let you down.
