GoogleWe were in a sticky situation, and Oyster Properties was the only estate agency which was really prepared to help us! Umit was amazing and managed to find us a place to move into within 2 weeks, which we weren't sure was possible. He rushed it along every step of the way and helped with every road bump we encountered. We're now renting one of the properties he found us and couldn't be happier! After dealing with endless agencies all just trying to earn their commission, Umit was a breathe of fresh air and actually focused on us and our needs.

GoogleI viewed a property on Tuesday 9th June 2020. I expressed interest and heard nothing for 3 days. I asked for a copy of the reference requirements and received nothing. I was informed that the property was unavailable on Saturday 13th June 2020. I wanted to make sure of this so visited area on Sunday 14th June 2020. I asked the neighbour of the property being let if they could help. They informed that the landlord had got in touch to see if they knew of any tenants from their friends and families. I was given the landlords number. When calling I was informed that the property had not been let!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleOyster Properties are managing the letting of my Stanmore flat, and I couldn't be happier with them. I had to move abroad for work, and they have managed the entire process from removing and safely storing some of my personal items, finding suitable tenants within a matter of days, arranging for cleaning, spare keys, bill transfer to the new tenants etc. brilliantly.
