GoogleMoving from a different part of UK to London seemed like a huge task for me. It was oyster properties who made finding property for me very easy. They knew my requirements and I was surprised with the smooth process that underwent while getting a property in London. GoogleKumar provided an exceptional service from the beginning to the end. He was very professional in his work and provided a first class service. We felt really comfortable with his way of working and when showing tenants around our house, he remained courteous and followed our instructions to remove shoes to respect our house. He was constantly in touch to discuss things and updating about everything so we didn’t need to call him at all. I’m so glad we registered with Oyster Estate Agent and would definitely recommend Kumar all the way. Thank you Kumar - you are a star!

GoogleYour ridiculous response below is a fictional story. The emails on record and phone call record does not reflect your below lies. You might as well not have responded as immaturely as you did. Demonstrated how rubbish your service and company is. You told me during a recorded conversation the open house was from 11am to 3pm. I suggest you stop with your stupidity. Disappointed in the service. Would be giving zero stars but it is not an option. Gemma was argumentative and unprofessional.Lack of communication between staff members on property viewings. I specifically asked to be removed from the listing and Gemma has completely disregarded the request and done as she pleases. No regard to customer service at all. Would not recommend. Go with any other agency.

You were booked to view a property through us at 12:05 and you informed us very last minute that you were running 25min-30min late so our colleague informed you that we can wait for you since we had open house of appointments. She waited till 12:40pm, she couldn’t wait any longer since she had to attend other appointments. Our office then re-booked the appointment for another day at your request. Unfortunately, by then the property was already rented so we informed this and accordingly cancelled the appointment, at that point you were upset and sent a rude email to a staff member and asked for complaint procedure which was also given to you. We feel it is unfair to get a negative review when we were trying our best to accommodate you. We do encourage you to contact us 02089515558 to discuss your experience in more detail. Initially we had a though time to deal with the issues in the apartment, however Oyster Properties has managed everything very professionally after reporting. Through mid year inspection they got all the issues noted and resolved within 2 weeks. Appreciate your service and professionalism. Thank you.
