Throughout the negotiations, where offers and terms were going back and forth, we provided timely updates via email in writing, particularly when the negotiator was not immediately available by phone due to other appointments or viewings. Unfortunately, despite initial interest, the landlord ultimately decided not to proceed with your application and formally instructed us to cancel the offer. While this outcome was beyond our control, we acted as promptly and transparently as possible in communicating the landlord’s decision to you. We always aim to provide a professional and respectful service to all applicants, and I’m sorry to hear that you felt let down in this instance.
