We had a brilliant experience with the Oulsnam Bournville team. The whole team were incredibly helpful and proactive during our sale and purchase, and particular thanks to Anna and Emma who were so supportive and helped us to secure an early viewing on a house we loved and eventually moved into. Great communication, the whole team was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From personal experience estate agents can be frustrating to deal with. Oulsnam are the exception. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Jeff Field deserves a mention, we viewed a property with him this afternoon and he carefully listened to our thoughts and what we were saying about the property and was able to direct us to view another property listed with Oulsnam. We really appreciate this customer service and the personal touch because we are travelling quite a journey to view properties in the Redditch area and it meant we could view a second home today without having to make an additional long journey! Thank you Jeff and thanks for showing us around both houses and for answering all of our questions 😊
