Wouldn't recommend this estate agents to anyone! Asks you personal questions before you even view the property. You give them all the information to pass there "checks" to see if you would be accepted to be declined anyway. Very misleading and rude. The staff have awful customer service with couldn't give a crap attitude. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI bought and I sold the house with them and they done it very professionally. Matt , Steph and Ben they are very helpful and and become my friends, Sophie Louise the mortgage advisor is just a "Legend " we received a mortgage in less than 3 weeks when an advisor before Sophie couldn't find anything in 2 months. Simple the best team.

I had a contract with Oriordabond fir selling a property. I've decided to go with another estate agent after 10 days and I cancelled my contract with Oriordanbond. After 6 days I learned that Oriordanbond is still advertising my house online. This caused a big confusion to me. I would not advise to anybody to use Oriordanbond

I wasn't sure at first who to pick agent wise but now I wouldn't pick anyone else. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful gentleman called Liam who came across very knowledgeable and professional Viewings were professional and the after sales process was brilliant. Loads of updates and all communications were clear, never once did I feel I had to chase them for updates. I hope it's my forever home but if not Oriordan Bond would be the only choice for me.

FacebookO’Riordan Bond Weston Favell is the branch we used to sell our property. They found us a buyer on the first day on the market! Matt and Steph were absolute angels sent from Heaven throughout the process. It was not all plain sailing due to the lower chain (not ORB fault) but they cared about our sale and onward purchase. They chased relentlessly to get to exchange and completion. Honestly, I was an emotional wreck throughout and Steph couldn’t have reassured me more. Not many estate agents actually care about their jobs and their clients but ORB are not one of them. The agents and sales progressers there are complete credit to the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling!

FacebookThe start of my experience with O’Riordan Bond was really positive with Dan, Joe, and the sales team from Abington being really professional, responsive, and attentive. Initial discussions were quick, photos taken, advert completed and my property was marketed. Whilst viewings were a little slow the team did secure a buyer (considerably below what I wanted to accept, but they assured me it was the best thing to accept the offer) and my house came off the market for viewings to enable my buyer to sell their property. Unfortunately my experience from that point onwards was very poor (and this is not a reflection of the sales team, but has really soured the entire selling experience for me - hence my rating reflects this). I was hounded continually for updates on whether I had found a property to buy despite me being clear it was the summer holidays and there was nothing for me to view, I was misled about the position of others in the chain below me (which resulted in me being negatively financially impacted in order to ensure the chain did not collapse), I was threatened with my buyer ‘potentially walking away’ several times despite my solicitor being clear of the position of the rest of the chain, unfortunately the way that I was spoken to (countless times) and made to feel, leads me to think alternative agents may be better in Northampton. It’s a shame as the sales part of the experience was positive, however the last 4 months have been horrendous. I’ve provided very detailed feedback about my experience to Tim, and was expecting a follow up, which he promised on the call - which hasn’t happened. My feedback was constructive and I hope it will be taken on board to avoid anyone else having such a stressful and unpleasant experience. To add insult to injury there was no contact at all when my sale went through, no acknowledgment, no ‘thank you for choosing us’, nothing. On reflection it really was a shambles!

GoogleI NOT RECOMMEND! You are a partner of a thieving company. CheckMyFile. They have a hidden subscription that steals £14.99 a month. Anyway, I don't understand why you need a background check before viewing.

GoogleSadly, I would not recommend this estate agent. This is due to an experience with one agent, but I am afraid I would not recommend on this basis. We were not made fully aware of our sellers true position- which would have been possible to do in a professional manner and not at the sellers expense and so, wasted months waiting for them to find a house only to discover, eventually, they were only looking at ‘one road’ in a particular area. The agent did not keep us updated on progress, as obviously there was none and so I had to keep calling them. I felt fobbed off and let down and when I challenged the agent never felt I received a proper explanation or a honest response! I can’t imagine we were the first buyers who experienced this here either! Better luck to the next! An awful extra stressful waste of time for all in our chain. 😞

I had a viewing today with Lewis Boyall - sale manager! He arrived late to the viewing, was not interested to share information about the property [possibly he does not know much about it!] or even to give a leaflet regarding the property in question for sale. He did not appear to know much about the property, but he knew about the folding door! I would not put my property for sale with someone who was disinterested and he was in hurry to leave the property. We felt rushed out. I would not recommend to buy or to sell through this estate agency unless they change their behaviour!!

Communication was brilliant, they always responded to my messages very quickly and went above and beyond our expectations. They gave excellent advice and recommendations. FacebookI had a wonderful experience with the Kingsthorpe office. Marcus, Lewis and Olivia did a fabulous job finding the right buyer for my Mums house. They were so good about keeping me informed throughout the entire transaction. Even while I was part of the time in USA, and we juggled different time zones. They are such a lovely and professional team. I would highly recommend them. A massive thank you.

Massive thanks in particular to Chelsea and Laura who got us out of a fix and quickly and calmly settled everything to ensure a straightforward move. I couldn't recommend highly enough!
