GoogleSophie and Steph are the dream team! Sophie’s knowledge around mortgages is on another level and made this process seamless. We can not thank her enough for getting our mortgage sorted for us. In a climate where there is a lot heat on estate agents at the moment, o’riordan bond have been transparent throughout this process, a quality that is incredibly valuable when making life changing decisions. I had a deeply disappointing experience with O’Riordan Bond. After applying to rent a property and attending a viewing, I was informed that my application had been successful. I was asked to pay the deposit, which I did promptly, and I completed all the required paperwork and referencing without any issues. The entire process took nearly three weeks, during which I was led to believe everything was progressing as expected. Then, with no warning, I received a call informing me that the landlord had suddenly decided to sell the property instead. As a result, I would no longer be able to move in. This last-minute change has put me and my family in an incredibly stressful and precarious position. I am required to vacate my current home by 25th July, and now, through no fault of my own, we are left scrambling to find somewhere to live, with very little time and under immense pressure. When I raised my concerns with O’Riordan Bond, they claimed they were not responsible because the landlord made the decision. While I understand that landlords can change their minds, I find it unacceptable that an agency would allow applicants to complete the full process, including financial commitments, only to be left high and dry with no accountability. I cannot recommend O’Riordan Bond based on how poorly this situation was handled. Renting a home is not just a transaction, it affects real people and families, and that should be treated with far more responsibility and care.

GoogleVery poor performance, I visited the estate office yesterday inquiring about the property situated at the Square, Earls Barton, both ladies were disinterested almost annoyed when i asked questions, just seems to look at me in distain like i couldn’t afford the place, they asked me if I had £80 deposit and how I was going to pay for renovations they also mentioned that there is no garden or car park! I thought they meant to sell the place 🤷🏻♀️

GoogleI had a great experience with O’riodan bond everyone that I spoke with and that dealt with me during my house purchase was amazing. Particularly Steph and Sophie, Sophie was our mortgage advisor and was so helpful and made the whole process so easy, specially as I was a first time buyer. Sophie was very clear and explained everything and made it all easy to understand. Both Sophie and Steph were never too busy to answer any of my questions even when I contacted them outside of their working hours. Chelsea was also fantastic after we had found our new home, keeping me updated on the progress and helping with all the paperwork that needed signing. A massive thank you to O’riodan bond for all their hard work and support, from me and my family. You are amazing 😊

GoogleI never knew get mortgage will be this seamless and stress free. I had a big fobial for it with my own perception about it. Until when my I met Steph and Sophie. They made it so easy and stress free like a child play.. At every stage that I want to set in my fobial, they will let me know it's never that way but it's an easy pizzle. Am so grateful for them , from beginning to the end till we got our 🔑 they were so right there for us. I pray that GOD will bless them and cause HIS beautiful face to shine upon them. GoogleO’Riordan Bond are the most efficient estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Within a week of seeing the property I liked online, I’d had a viewing and paid my pre-payment. Within 3 weeks I’m all moved in thanks to the hard work of the team. Chelsea and Laura couldn’t have been more helpful or on the ball, they answered all emails immediately and kept us super informed! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

GoogleAbsolutely incredible team at Weston Favell - had the pleasure of using the team for my latest purchase and they were miles apart from experiences I had with other estate agents in the past from initial enquiry, to now having completed and if your ever unsure about if they’re right for you then I’d have full faith whether your looking to buy, sell, let, I know I would put my full trust in them. From Matt, Steph & Brady who have so much knowledge and experience in the area, able to guide me at every step along the way down to Sophie being the mortgage advisor I used being so quick to find me an incredible mortgage deal which I wasn’t even sure was possible, not just the best at what they do but a great group of people to talk to and get along with, you can tell that they really love and care about what they do. Liam at O’Riordan Bond in Duston North has been an absolute star. Selling and buying my new home was stressful at times, but having Liam in my corner made all the difference. He was kind, patient, and always kept me in the loop, never had to chase him once, no confusion, just genuine support and great communication. You could tell he really cared, and that meant a lot. I honestly don’t know how I’d have got through it without him. Thank you, Liam!

I really can't recommend the team at The Duston office enough. Liam, Matthew and Joe all went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure our house sold and we found one to buy very quickly when our original purchase fell through in the last couple of weeks. Without their hard work I genuninely don't think we would have ended up moving. I had 3 estate agents in to quote to sell our home and they were by far the most professional and suggested the best price which we got fairly close to. Other estate agents had quoted significantly lower as though they just wanted a quick sale. Team, you were all fantastic, I really can't thank you enough and if I move again I would definitely be coming back. You also did a great job with the house sale/purchase for my parents, equally as efficient and helpful.

GoogleBecky, Avril and the team were genuinely exceptional when handling our house sale. They drove good early interest and got us an offer within weeks. Even though they were only responsible for the sale of our house and not for our onward purchase, they consistently went above and beyond to try to help push things through on all sides, effectively managing our buyers expectations throughout and even speaking directly to our vendors and solicitors to try to preserve our chain. They gave good advice and steers throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I was buying or selling in the area again, there is no one else I would consider.
